Experis ManpowerGroup Sp. z o.o. is seeking a senior software engineer to design, develop, and deploy enterprise-scale applications. You will work with Java/Spring Boot, Node.js, and a microservices architecture, while integrating MFA and SSO across platforms.

You will mentor junior developers, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and stay current with industry trends to improve development processes. This 100% remote role includes private health and life insurance and a sport card.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of developer experience.
• Expertise in API and Microservice development using Java/Spring Boot or Node.js.
• Experience with LDAP/SAML and relational databases (MS SQL, Oracle).

Responsibilities

• Participation in deploying enterprise-scale applications.
• Design, develop, and maintain scalable and robust applications using Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices architecture.
• Integrate security features such as MFA and SSO into applications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues in a timely manner.
• Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
• Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure the continuous improvement of development processes.
• Mentor and guide junior developers to foster a collaborative and productive team environment.

• 8+ years of developer experience
• Expertise in API and Microservice development with core technologies like Java/Spring Boot, Node.js, etc.
• Experience with LDAP, SAML, relational databases (MS SQL, Oracle), authentication, and authorization concepts
• Experience in enabling SSO/MFA for vendor COTS products, custom applications, SaaS / PaaS, and appliances
• Experience in Enterprise Identity Directory Systems (AD, ADFS), AWS, Azure Entra ID is a plus
• Strong written and oral communication skills, including presentation and interpersonal skills
