Job summary

Zohorecruit is seeking a seasoned software engineering specialist to develop customized coding, integrate software, and implement robust IT solutions. You will analyze requirements, configure solutions, and apply project-specific tooling within Agile teams.

In this role you will lead development and testing, maintain production monitoring, enforce security controls, and mentor teammates while delivering high-quality software in fast-paced environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 4–7 years of software engineering experience.
• Deep knowledge of information systems and IT best practices.
• Understanding of key business processes and competitive IT strategies.
• Ability to plan and manage projects and solve complex problems.
• Ability to mentor less experienced teammates and convey complex information.

Responsibilities

• Develop customized coding, software integration, and project-specific solutions.
• Lead and participate in development, testing, deployment, maintenance, and support.
• Build non-functional monitoring capabilities and provide production support.
• Implement security controls and monitoring in line with standards.
• Lead moderately complex projects and engage in larger initiatives.
• Solve complex technical and operational problems and mentor teammates.
• May oversee the work of a small team.
• Deliver high-quality software in Agile, refine user stories, and automate tests.
