Job summary

Global Payments Poland is seeking a Java Developer to join our evolving Java and Oracle Applications team within eService and help shape the future of global commerce. You’ll own developing, maintaining, and optimizing business applications, and design technical solutions within an Agile team, while supporting integration, testing, and release activities.

Fluency in English and Polish (B2) is required, with modern Java skills and Spring/J2EE.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Java 9+ with strong Spring/J2EE knowledge.
• Experience with SQL/PL/SQL and microservices architecture.
• Familiarity with UML, design patterns, and software architecture best practices.
• GIT version control, documentation, and testing methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and optimize business applications and architecture.
• Design and propose technical solutions within an Agile team.
• Support system integration, stabilization, maintenance, and testing activities.
• Contribute to release planning, effort estimation, and environment management.
