Job summary

Sii Poland is seeking experienced Java Developers to work on global projects using modern technologies, microservices, and cloud-native approaches. The Digital Competence Center comprises over 1500 experts delivering enterprise solutions across finance, telco, e-commerce, manufacturing, retail, and healthcare.

Your tasks include implementing software, adding features, and ensuring code quality, with opportunities for continuous development in a stable environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of commercial programming experience in Java.
• Practical knowledge of Spring Frameworks (Spring Boot, Spring MVC) and Hibernate/JPA.
• Experience with microservices architecture and tools: Docker, Kubernetes, Kafka.
• Knowledge of relational and non-relational databases (Oracle, PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
• Experience in developing and integrating web APIs (REST, GraphQL).
• Ability to apply good engineering practices: SOLID, unit testing (JUnit), code review, clean code.
• Strong communication skills, teamwork, and English proficiency.
