Job summary

Sii Poland is looking for a senior backend Java developer to join a project focused on implementing an offer model for business banking app users. You will design and develop backend services, RESTful APIs, and data access layers, ensuring code quality and CI/CD readiness.

You'll collaborate with analysts, testers, and other engineers, work with SQL databases, and leverage cloud platforms (GCP) and Kubernetes. Polished Polish language skills and Poland residence are required.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of experience developing Java applications using Spring Boot and Spring Framework
• Previous work designing and implementing RESTful APIs
• Strong knowledge of SQL
• Familiarity with version control tools (Git) and CI/CD (e.g., Azure DevOps)
• Experience working with cloud platforms (preferably GCP) and Kubernetes
• Knowledge of systems such as Kafka, Redis, ServiceMesh
• Ability to write unit tests
• Required to reside in Poland and have fluent Polish language skills
