Thrive IT Systems in Poland is seeking a Java Architect to design and implement cloud-native solutions with Kafka messaging. This fully remote position within Poland requires 5–7 years in Java development and strong data and application architecture skills.

You will lead architecture design, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and guide junior developers while ensuring security, performance, and reliability across our Java/Kafka stack in cloud environments.

Seeking a Specialist with 5 to 7 years of experience in Java development Kafka data architecture and application architecture to design and implement scalable cloud native solutions

Job Description

Design and develop robust Java applications leveraging Kafka for messaging and event streaming Architect scalable and maintainable data architectures to support application requirements Develop and implement application architecture patterns to ensure high performance security and reliability Collaborate with cross functional teams to integrate applications within cloudnative environments Participate in code reviews testing and continuous integration to maintain high code quality Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues in development testing and production environments Stay updated with latest trends and best practices in Java Kafka data architecture and application architecture
