Job summary

TEKsystems is seeking an ITX Expert in Kraków, Poland, to lead enterprise integration initiatives. You will own the migration from ACE 12 to ACE 13, drive modernization of the integration landscape, and ensure reliability of critical payment processing and core banking services.

The role involves global collaboration with international teams across Europe. You will contribute to Run-the-Bank stability and Change-the-Bank transformation, shaping future integration strategy while delivering

Qualifications

Experience with integration platforms and middleware
Hands-on with ACE migrations and platform upgrades
Strong knowledge of API/messaging integrations and EAI
Experience in Run-the-Bank and Change-the-Bank initiatives
Excellent stakeholder communication and collaboration skills

Responsibilities

Description

This role combines technical ownership of a critical enterprise integration platform with a strong focus on stability, modernization, and global collaboration. As a Integration Specialist, you will work closely with international integration teams across Europe, driving the evolution of a complex integration landscape that supports business‑critical payment processing and core banking operations.

You will play a key role in the migration from IBM App Connect Enterprise (ACE) 12 to ACE 13, supporting the modernization of the existing integration architecture and enhancing the resilience of integration flows. Leveraging your expertise, you will assess current solutions, identify improvement opportunities, and provide recommendations aligned with modern integration and cloud‑ready standards.

As an integral member of the team, you will contribute to both Run‑the‑Bank stability and Change‑the‑Bank transformation initiatives. You will take ownership beyond day‑to‑day delivery, helping shape the future integration strategy while ensuring the reliability and performance of critical business services.
