We offer clients the best service and highest quality in the industry. We are on an ambitious digital transformation journey and are seeking an ambitious and experienced IT Support Specialist to join our global IT team.

Are you passionate about solving technical challenges and delivering top-tier support to users? You will play a vital role in ensuring that our support services run smoothly and efficiently, and that our users receive the help they need to succeed.

About the Role

As an IT Support Specialist, you’ll report to the Global IT Support Manager and be part of a dedicated support organization. Your main mission is to manage and resolve incoming IT support tickets—delivering timely, accurate, and user-friendly solutions.

Your Responsibilities
  • Serve as the first point of contact for support requests via the Service Portal and phone.
  • Clarify, screen, and resolve user-reported issues.
  • Maintain and update support documentation and knowledge base articles.
  • Provide 2nd level support for a wide range of business-critical applications.
  • Liaise with internal product teams and external vendors to coordinate issue resolution.
What Success Looks Like
  • Timely and accurate qualification and resolution of support tickets.
  • High levels of user satisfaction and positive stakeholder feedback.
  • Visible contributions to continuous improvement initiatives within IT Support.
  • Strong collaboration and trust built with IT peers and business stakeholders.
Your Key Collaborators
  • Global IT colleagues.
  • External vendors and support partners.
  • Security and compliance teams.
  • Business users across our organization.
Your Background

We value skills and mindset over formal education. You are a team player with a strong customer orientation and the technical know-how to back it up.

  • Experience with ITSM tools and support processes.
  • Excellent communication skills in English—both spoken and written.
  • A knack for explaining technical issues in a clear, user-friendly way.
  • Awareness of cybersecurity principles and best practices.
  • The ability to stay calm under pressure and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • A self-driven and accountable approach to work.
  • Flexibility to adapt in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Professional Competencies
  • Background in IT technical support or relevant IT education.
  • Strong organizational skills and multitasking ability.
  • A proactive mindset with a continuous improvement attitude.
  • Experience identifying opportunities to enhance service delivery.
What We Offer
  • Private medical care (Medicover).
  • Flexible hybrid work model: 3 days in the office, 2 days remote.
  • Employment contract with a gross monthly salary range of 8,000–11,000 PLN.
  • Multisport card (FitProfit).
  • Annual training and conference budget.
  • Christmas gifts.
  • Friendly, open-minded work culture grounded in strong family values.
  • Social events and team-building activities (local and global).
