Job summary

WPP Enterprise Solutions in Katowice is seeking an IT Support Intern to join the on-site helpdesk and assist internal users with daily tasks, account/access support, equipment prep, and documentation. The ideal candidate has basic Windows or macOS, basic network knowledge, a willingness to learn, analytical skills, and strong Polish and English (B2).

Availability of at least 24 hours per week on-site is required.

• Willingness to learn and upskill in innovative technologies.

Responsibilities

• Onsite support for internal users
• Provide account/access support for highly available systems
• Preparation of equipment for users and returned by users - wiping disks, system and software installation
• Update and modify the internal hardware database
• Contact with users and handed over of equipment to them
• Maintain internal documentation

Intern to join our IT Support team in Katowice and provide day-to-day helpdesk support.

What you’ll get to do

• Onsite support for internal users
• Provide account/access support for highly available systems
• Preparation of equipment for users and returned by users - wiping disks, system and software installation
• Update and modify the internal hardware database
• Contact with users and handed over of equipment to them
• Maintain internal documentation

What you should have

• Basic knowledge of Windows or MacOS
• Basic knowledge of network protocols
• Overall knowledge about IT and technology
• Willingness to learn and upskill in innovative technologies
• Analytical skills
• Team player and problem-solving attitude
• Good written and verbal communication skills in Polish and English (at least B2)
• Availability: at least 24 hours per week, working on-site at our Katowice office.

• Experience with a ticketing system
