Job summary

S3 Connected Health in Wroclaw is seeking an IT Support Engineer to maintain and improve our development and business IT environment. You will provide tier 2/3 support, manage Atlassian tools, licensing, and Windows/Linux server environments, and help optimize our tech stack for a global healthcare platform.

Ideal candidates have a degree in CS/EE and at least 5 years in IT support, with strong TCP/IP, troubleshooting, and vendor negotiation experience. A dynamic, international team awaits.

Qualifications

• 2+ years supporting Atlassian Cloud Apps or similar tools.

• Ability to follow IT policies and procedures.

As an IT Support Engineer, you will play a key role in keeping our IT environment running smoothly by providing advanced technical support, maintaining core tools and systems, and ensuring reliable infrastructure for both engineering and business teams. Key Responsibilities

Working as an IT Support Engineer, you will:

• Provide tier 2/3 IT support to engineering and admin staff
• Maintain and configure development process support tools like Atlassian stack, Git, and SVN
• Deal with licensing process, including extensions and negotiations with vendors and purchasing
• Maintain and support Windows/Linux Server-based service environments, including hypervisor infrastructure
• Manage backups

Our requirements

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Electronics Engineering, or related field
• Min. 5 years of experience in an IT support role
• Min. 2 years of experience in supporting Atlassian Cloud Apps or other vendor software/hardware development tools stacks, cloud-based applications
• Min. 2 years of experience in dealing with licensing process, including extensions and negotiations with vendors
• Experience supporting Windows OS and desktop applications
• Good understanding of TCP/IP networking with practical experience
• Ability to work with policies and procedures of an IT department
• Good troubleshooting skills, ability to efficiently investigate the nature of a problem
