Job summary
An expanding international company based in Gliwice is seeking an IT Support Specialist to deliver responsive support and manage onboarding processes. YOUR TASKS
- Deliver responsive and effective first-level IT support to local users.
- Manage onboarding and offboarding processes, including hardware provisioning and recovery.
- Own and maintain core IT services such as Active Directory, Azure AD, and authentication systems.
- Collaborate with global IT teams to drive service improvements and maintain high operational standards.
- User Support & Operations - Provide first-level technical support for hardware, software, and connectivity issues.
- Prepare and configure IT equipment for new employees; conduct handovers and initial IT training.
- Collect and decommission hardware from departing employees.
- Train users on IT tools, policies, and best practices (e.g. ITSM tools, security protocols).
- Maintain accurate records of support activities and IT assets.
YOUR PROFILE
- A bachelor degree or similar Education in Information Technology; Proven experience in IT support or system administration.
- Strong knowledge of Windows environments, Active Directory, and Azure AD.
- Familiarity with authentication protocols (e.g. SAML) and group policy management.
- Excellent communication and user training skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a global team environment.
- Very good English skills
