Job summary

Luxoft Poland in Gdansk is seeking an IT Specialist with a passion for hardware, ML and high-performance computing to join the AMD ODC Poland Team. You will help shape the future of discrete GPUs and 3D graphics with hands-on hardware experience.

You will maintain the performance lab, administer the local network and hardware infrastructure, and assist with software and hardware setup. Fluency in English (C1+) and strong problem-solving skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Windows and Linux system administration capabilities.
• Network administration experience and the ability to manage infrastructure.
• Shell scripting with Bash/PowerShell for automation.
• Hardware installation and ongoing maintenance responsibilities.
• Strong problem-solving skills and resourcefulness.
• Proficient English communication (C1+).

Responsibilities

• Maintain the performance lab and hardware resources.
• Administer local network and hardware infrastructure (firewall, NAS, servers).
• Perform software/hardware setup and configuration.
• Manage local hardware resources and inventories.
• Provide ad-hoc engineering support as needed.

AMD ODC Poland Team is looking for a capable IT Specialist with passion for hardware, ML, graphics and high-performance computing to join the rapidly growing team in Gdansk.

As an IT Specialist, you will support our efforts in shaping the future of discrete GPUs, ML and 3D graphics and have a hands-on experience with state-of-the-art hardware.

Responsibilities:

Your responsibilities will be supporting the team and the local IT infrastructure. That includes:

• Maintenance of our performance lab,
• Administration of our local network and hardware infrastructure (firewall, NAS, servers, host/target development systems, etc.)
• Software and hardware setup and configuration,
• Management of our local HW resources,
• Ad-hoc engineer support.
