Cisco Systems Kraków is seeking a senior software engineer to join the Project Athena team, driving full-stack development and AI-powered self-service portals. You will build enterprise service APIs, orchestrate AI agents, and integrate with Microsoft Graph and Google Workspace APIs to deliver a seamless, intelligent user experience for employees.

Formación

• Bachelor’s + 7 years of related experience, or Masters + 4 years of related experience, or PhD + 1 year of related experience, or equivalent related work experience.
• Proven track record in full-stack software engineering, including designing and developing complex, scalable web applications and enterprise service APIs.
• Demonstrated experience building and deploying AI-based self-service portals, utilizing Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) and prompt engineering techniques.
• Proficiency in modern programming languages and frameworks, specifically Python (FastAPI/FastMCP), Node.js/TypeScript, and React.
• Extensive experience integrating with enterprise platforms using Microsoft Graph API, Google Workspace APIs, and implementing secure authentication via OAuth 2.0/Entra ID.

Your Impact

You will lead the technical design and implementation of complex software systems, focusing on full-stack solutions and AI integrations for Project Athena. Minimum Qualifications

• Proven track record in full-stack software engineering, including designing and developing complex, scalable web applications and enterprise service APIs.

• Exceptional problem-solving skills with a demonstrated ability to optimize application performance and user experience.

• Experience acting as a senior individual contributor, guiding technical design discussions and driving best practices within cross-functional teams.
