Job summary

Cisco Systems Poland sp. Z o.o. is seeking a Forward Deployed Engineer to join a team delivering AI into production for Fortune 100 clients. You will bridge software engineering, customer success, and product innovation, designing scalable architectures and guiding deployments.

You will build integrations, create reusable tools, and lead technical workshops while collaborating with Product and Engineering teams to translate customer needs into future product improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 7+ years of software engineering experience building production-grade apps, or Masters + 4 years, or PhD + 1 year.
• Experience with APIs, distributed systems, cloud platforms, or backend development.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving across multiple layers of the technology stack.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work directly with enterprise customers.
• Comfortable working in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.
• Interest in AI, Machine Learning, or developer platforms.

Your Impact

As a Forward Deployed Engineer, you will:

• Consulting, Solutions Engineering, or Technical Customer Success experience in enterprise environments.
