emagine is seeking an experienced Senior IT Recruiter to join a mature, senior recruitment team. You will partner with Account Managers and clients, manage recruitment projects end-to-end, and ensure high-quality candidate experiences in a process-driven environment.

The role emphasizes collaboration in client meetings, defining requirements, and delivering timely results. The position features a hybrid model with two days in the Warsaw office and opportunities within an international consulting

Competenze

• Minimum 5 years of IT recruitment experience (consulting/outsourcing is a plus).
• English at minimum B2 level.
• Comfortable working in a process-driven environment that supports achieving better results.
• Able to advise clients and act as a strategic recruitment partner.
• Thrives in a dynamic, project-oriented environment.
• Strong knowledge of the IT market and proven ability to manage end-to-end recruitment processes.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

About The Team

You will work in a mature, senior recruitment team, currently led by two Team Leaders and experienced IT recruiters. Together, we focus on process consistency, high-quality work, and efficiency – enabling us to respond quickly to client needs and continuously develop our capabilities.

Your Responsibilities

• End-to-end management of IT recruitment processes, from market analysis and sourcing to candidate onboarding.
