IT Project Manager
The Project Manager delivers IT projects within scope, schedule, and budget, and with high quality. They focus on customer satisfaction and coordinate the scope, timing, and budget of multiple concurrent projects. They assist in project strategy setup and staffing. They are responsible for resolving troubled projects. They establish and maintain balance among the project team, sponsors, resource managers, and stakeholders, working with the customer to develop project priorities to achieve organizational goals. They effectively mitigate project risks through proactive planning. They manage resource utilization to ensure all projects have the correct resources with the appropriate skills. They communicate project status and key metrics (KPIs) to stakeholders and across the enterprise as necessary.
