Job Title: Technology Project Manager

We are seeking experienced professionals to lead and support the delivery of Technology and Business Change Programmes. This strategic role involves collaboration with a wide range of stakeholders across the client’s global structure.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Support delivery of programmes, balancing scope, time, budget, and risk.
  2. Break down complex business needs into Epics and User Stories.
  3. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
  4. Promote Agile practices (Scrum, Kanban, Lean) within tech teams.
  5. Assist senior project/programme managers on key initiatives.
  6. Help define resourcing, responsibilities, and schedules.
  7. Establish and maintain programme controls and governance.
  8. Ensure alignment with internal change frameworks and standards.
  9. Support portfolio and project management best practices.
Requirements:
  1. 5+ years in Project Management Office or similar roles.
  2. Excellent communication skills and fluent English.
  3. Strong analytical, reporting, and presentation skills (RAID, finance, progress).
  4. Proactive, detail-oriented, self-driven.
  5. Experience with tools like Jira, Confluence, Clarity is a plus.
