Job Description

• You will be part of a team which is responsible for the operation, support and further development of our global Cisco-based network landscape with more than 4, 000 clients.
• You will design and implement solutions in the network environment.
• You will ensure the availability of our IT services based on the service catalogue.
• You will participatein global IT infrastructure projects in close cooperation with the IT experts in our global subsidiaries.
• You will actively shape and develop our IT standards.

Qualifications

• You have completed a relevant IT training or have comparable professional experience at least 3 years
• You have at least two years of professional experience in the IT sector
• Solid experience in Cloud based environments
• You have experience with planning and managing network infrastructures, ideally on a global level
• You have basic IT knowledge: ITIL, Cisco CCNA, firewall, WAN and network segmentation, including OT or cloud networks
• You are distinguished by your analytical way of thinking, coupled with a high level of customer and service orientation
• You can speak and write Englishon a professional level;German is an advantage
