Job Description
Leadership & Team Management:
Manage and mentor Business Analysts, assign tasks, and ensure team productivity. Foster a collaborative environment and support team development.
Requirements Gathering & Analysis:
Lead workshops and stakeholder interviews to gather and document complex business requirements. Translate them into functional specs, user stories, and process flows aligned with strategic goals.
System Support & Optimization:
Oversee IT systems for batch release and certification. Resolve issues, identify improvement opportunities, and support system upgrades in collaboration with IT leadership.
Stakeholder Collaboration & Communication:
Serve as a liaison between business and IT. Deliver training, lead meetings, and provide executive-level updates on project progress.
Compliance & Regulatory Support:
Ensure compliance with regulations and internal standards. Support audits and inspections, and stay informed on industry and regulatory changes.
Technology Stack:
Experience with SAP QM and Java-based custom applications.
