Job summary

Sii Poland is seeking an experienced IT Compliance Manager to lead GRC initiatives, ICFR controls, and SAP GRC access management within a global organization. You will partner with IT leadership, risk, and audit teams to strengthen control environments.

Responsibilities include advising on IT risks, designing controls, onboarding systems, and coordinating with auditors. Strong English and Polish skills are required; residence in Poland is a must.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in IT General Controls consulting or audits.
• Strong knowledge of GRC principles and practices.
• Experience with ICFR and SAP GRC tooling.
• Excellent communication to explain IT/compliance to non-technical audiences.
• Fluency in English and Polish; residency in Poland.

Responsibilities

• Advising IT Management on IT risks related to financial reporting and ICFR.
• Designing and implementing IT General Controls and monitoring processes.
• Onboarding new systems and control owners with responsibilities clear.
• Liaising with auditors to discuss control gaps and provide explanations.
• Developing action plans with IT Management and overseeing implementation.
• Identifying improvements to simplify and automate control activities.
• Building relationships with stakeholders across groups and teams.
