Job summary

UPS is seeking an IT Deployment and Support Specialist to deliver deployment and support services for UPS approved technology products. You will support internal and external customers and UPS IT infrastructure, plan hardware/software deployments, manage networks, and provide technical guidance to users.

You will coordinate installations, assist with facility technology management, handle service requests, and work with vendors to ensure UPS standards are met across multiple locations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in a related field.
• A+ certification.
• Microsoft Certified Solutions Associate (MCSA).
• CCENT Cisco Network Certification.
