Job summary

Netcompany in Warsaw is seeking an IT Consultant to translate client needs into effective technical solutions. You will work with web technologies such as Angular or React, and Java or C# on Java or .NET platforms, collaborating with international clients.

You will analyze requirements, design high‑quality technical solutions, develop and test code, and help troubleshoot issues. Netcompany offers mentorship, the Netcompany Academy training program, and diverse career opportunities across Europe.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Management, Business Studies, Economics, or related field
• 1–3 years of professional experience after graduation
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
• Understanding of programming fundamentals and algorithmic thinking
• Ability to articulate solutions using pseudocode or practical tools
• Proficiency in Excel functions for data analysis
• Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken)
• Interpersonal and presentation skills
• Willingness to cooperate directly with external customers
• Structured, methodical and proactive attitude

As an IT Consultant, you help translate customer needs into the right technical solution. We use the technology that is right for the project and the customer. Your tasks and responsibilities will vary from project to project and develop over time - but your daily work will typically include:
