Sii Poland is seeking an experienced IT Compliance Manager to join our diverse Informatics community. You will focus on GRC consulting within a global organization and ensure ICFR compliance, IT Change and Access Management, supporting audits and risk assessments.

You will advise IT management, implement IT General Controls, onboard system owners, and drive action plans with cross‑functional teams. Strong English and Polish, 5+ years in IT GRC/audit, and SAP GRC expertise are required.

Qualifications

Minimum 5 years in a consulting or audit role focused on IT General Controls.
Deep understanding of GRC principles and practices.
Proven expertise in ICFR and SAP GRC tools.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills for diverse teams.
Fluent in English and Polish; able to explain complex topics clearly.

Responsibilities

Advise IT Management on risks related to IT systems and data, focusing on ICFR.
Design and monitor IT General Controls and compliance processes.
Onboard new systems and control owners to IT risk requirements.
Act as liaison between IT Management and auditors to discuss gaps.
Develop action plans with IT Management and ensure timely implementation.
Identify improvements to automate control activities and integrate ICFR into tools.
Build relationships with stakeholders across Group Audit, Risk Advisory, and Global IT Security.

Job description

We are looking for an experienced IT Compliance Manager to join our diverse Informatics community, focusing on Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) consulting within a global organization. You will play a crucial role in ensuring compliance with internal and external regulatory requirements, particularly in the areas of Internal Control over Financial Reporting (ICFR), IT Change Management, and Access Management. If you have a strong background in compliance and internal control, this opportunity may be the right fit for you.

Your tasks

Advising IT Management on addressing risks related to IT systems and data, with a focus on financial statement risks for ICFR
Designing and implementing IT General Controls and monitoring processes to ensure compliance
Onboarding new systems and control owners, ensuring they understand Roche's risk/control requirements and their responsibilities
Acting as a liaison between IT Management and auditors to discuss control gaps and provide clear explanations
Developing action plans with IT Management and overseeing their timely and effective implementation
Identifying areas for improvement to simplify and automate control activities, ensuring ICFR requirements are integrated into new tools and processes
Building strong relationships with stakeholders and teams across the organization, including Group Audit and Risk Advisory and Global IT Security

Requirements

Minimum 5 years of experience in a consulting or audit role focused on IT General Controls
Deep understanding of Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) principles and practices
Proven expertise in Internal Control over Financial Reporting (ICFR) and SAP Access Management tools, particularly SAP GRC
Strong interpersonal skills to engage effectively with IT Managers and support teams from diverse backgrounds
Ability to convey complex IT and compliance requirements in clear, understandable terms for non-technical audiences
Advanced level of English and Polish
Residency in Poland

Nice to have

A master's degree in Informatics, Business Administration, or a related field is desirable
Experience in managing stakeholders and building relationships in a global context
