Job summary

Sii Poland is seeking an experienced IT Compliance Manager to lead GRC consulting for a global organization. You will ensure ICFR alignment, IT change management, and access controls across systems while collaborating with Group Audit and Global IT Security.

The role requires strong regulatory understanding and proficiency in SAP GRC, ITGCs, and stakeholder engagement. Required are 5+ years in IT governance/audit, fluency in English and Polish, and residency in Poland.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal skills with diverse teams

Responsibilities

• Advise IT Management on IT risk related to financial statement ICFR
• Design and monitor IT General Controls and related processes
• Onboard new systems and control owners to understand risk requirements
• Act as liaison with auditors to discuss control gaps
• Develop action plans with IT Management and supervise implementation
• Identify improvements to automate controls and align with ICFR in new tools
• Build strong stakeholder relationships across Group Audit, Risk Advisory, and Global IT Security

Job description

We are looking for an experienced IT Compliance Manager to join our diverse Informatics community, focusing on Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) consulting within a global organization. You will play a crucial role in ensuring compliance with internal and external regulatory requirements, particularly in the areas of Internal Control over Financial Reporting (ICFR), IT Change Management, and Access Management. If you have a strong background in compliance and internal control, this opportunity may be the right fit for you.

Your tasks

• Advising IT Management on addressing risks related to IT systems and data, with a focus on financial statement risks for ICFR
• Designing and implementing IT General Controls and monitoring processes to ensure compliance
• Onboarding new systems and control owners, ensuring they understand Roche's risk/control requirements and their responsibilities
• Acting as a liaison between IT Management and auditors to discuss control gaps and provide clear explanations
• Developing action plans with IT Management and overseeing their timely and effective implementation
• Identifying areas for improvement to simplify and automate control activities, ensuring ICFR requirements are integrated into new tools and processes
• Building strong relationships with stakeholders and teams across the organization, including Group Audit and Risk Advisory and Global IT Security

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a consulting or audit role focused on IT General Controls
• Deep understanding of Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) principles and practices
• Proven expertise in Internal Control over Financial Reporting (ICFR) and SAP Access Management tools, particularly SAP GRC
• Strong interpersonal skills to engage effectively with IT Managers and support teams from diverse backgrounds
• Ability to convey complex IT and compliance requirements in clear, understandable terms for non-technical audiences
• Advanced level of English and Polish
• Residency in Poland

Nice to have

• A master's degree in Informatics, Business Administration, or a related field is desirable
• Experience in managing stakeholders and building relationships in a global context
