Experis is seeking an IT Business/Data Analyst in Poland to join an international team responsible for designing and delivering reporting and data-driven solutions. You will bridge business stakeholders with development teams to translate requirements into reliable IT solutions. Hybrid model: 3 days per week in the office across Gdańsk, Gdynia, Warsaw, and Łódź.

Salary is 150 PLN per hour on a B2B basis. You will work with Product Owners, Analysts, Developers, and Testers to deliver scalable

We are looking for an experienced IT Business/Data Analyst to join an international team responsible for designing and delivering reporting and data-driven solutions. In this role, you will act as a key link between business stakeholders and development teams, ensuring business requirements are translated into sustainable and reliable IT solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and specify new reporting solutions in collaboration with Product Owners, Business Analysts, Developers, and Testers.
• Gather, analyze, and document business and technical requirements.
• Act as the bridge between business and IT teams.
• Support stakeholders in understanding requirements, data flows, and solution impacts.
• Collaborate across multiple teams to deliver scalable and reliable solutions.

Requirements

• professional experience in IT and/or Business Analysis.
• Strong experience in business and solution analysis.
• Good understanding of data integration and data flows.
• Hands-on experience with SQL and data analysis.
• Knowledge of trading, tax reporting, or transaction reporting processes.
• Excellent communication skills in English (written and spoken).

Nice to Have

• Experience with XSLT, BDD, or Communication Layer solutions.
• Basic programming knowledge and ability to read code.
