Job summary

emagine is seeking an IT/Business Analyst to design reporting solutions and ensure clear communication between business and IT teams. The role centers on bridging business needs with IT delivery in a hybrid setup across Poland, collaborating with product owners, analysts, and developers.

You will analyze data flows, work with SQL, and support reporting requirements in trading or tax-related contexts. Strong English communication is essential for success.

Qualifications

• Several years of experience in IT and/or business solution analysis.
• Good understanding of data flow integration.
• Experience with SQL.
• Knowledge about trading and/or tax/transaction reporting to authorities.
• Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.

Model of work: hybrid (3x per week work from office Warsaw/ Gdańsk/ Gdynia/ Łódź)

Type of contract: B2B, long-term coorpeation

Rate: up to 140 PLN net + vat/ hour

Summary

This role primarily focuses on bridging the gap between business needs and IT development through designing reporting solutions and facilitating effective communication among stakeholders.

Main Responsibilities:

• Design new reporting solutions and provide requirement specifications in close collaboration with the Product Owner, business analysts, other IT Analysts, developers, and testers.
• Collaborate with the Product Owner and multiple stakeholders to align with the target picture for sustainable and reliable solutions.
• Act as the bridge between business and IT development teams.
• Facilitate understanding and impact of requirements between business and technology.

Key Requirements:

• Several years of experience in IT and/or business solution analysis
• Good understanding of data flow integration
• Experience with SQL
• Knowledge about trading and/or tax/transaction reporting to authorities
• Excellent written and spoken English communication skills

Nice to Have:

• Experience with XSLT, BDD, Communication Layer
• Basic programming knowledge to read code
