As a consultant, you’ll play a key role in shaping and delivering transformation initiatives for our defense clients. We are looking for candidates based in Poland.

Responsibilities:

• Advising clients on digital transformation, Industry 4.0, and IT strategy
• Analyzing and improving business processes, organizational structures, and IT environments
• Designing and planning IT solutions tailored to client needs
• Leading workshops and presentations with stakeholders
• Co-developing proposals and strategic offers
• Supporting critical defense-related processes

Experience:

• 2+ years of experience in IT consulting, architecture design, or enterprise system implementation
• Background or interest in the defense sector (experience in defense is a strong asset but not necessarily a must)
• Skills in process analysis, modeling, and optimization
• Familiarity with trends like Digitalization, Customer First, Industry 4.0
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Fluency in English ideally with German
• Analytical mindset with a focus on business outcomes
