Job summary

Galderma is seeking an IT Business Analyst WMS in Kraków on a hybrid schedule (3 days in office). The role acts as a bridge between business stakeholders and IT to support warehouse management initiatives, drive value from IT solutions, and improve master data, serialization, and traceability across the supply chain.

You will partner with operations, analyze processes, define requirements, help plan roadmaps, and work with external partners to ensure high-quality service levels.

Qualifications

• Proven track record as an IT BA in SCM/logistics.
• Experience with WMS systems and data integration.
• Ability to translate business requirements into scalable IT solutions.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business and IT to shape demand and align with strategy.
• Analyze processes and data to identify efficiency opportunities.
• Lead scoping and qualification of business demands.
• Support roadmap planning and resource forecasting.
• Contribute to solution design and deployment activities.
• Manage external partners and service escalations.
