IT Business Analyst for AI
Location
Krakow – 3 days/week onsite
Based in our new IT hub at Unity Tower in Krakow, this role is an exciting opportunity to join Galderma’s growing IT presence in Poland as an AI Business Analyst. Reporting to the Senior Manager of AI & Automation, you will work at the forefront of translating AI ambition into practical, high-value solutions for the business.
Key Responsibilities
- Demand Intake & Qualification: Own structured intake of AI ideas; clarify the problem statement, users, process context, and success metrics; identify duplicates and consolidate opportunities.
- Use Case Definition & Value Framing: Translate business needs into AI use cases (including Copilot/GenAI, automation, analytics); define benefits hypotheses, KPI baselines, and value tracking approach; support prioritization decisions with data and narratives.
- Requirements & Solution Shaping: Elicit and document functional/non‑functional requirements (privacy, security, performance, explainability); create user stories, acceptance criteria, and process maps; ensure alignment with Responsible AI policies.
- Governance & Cross‑Functional Coordination: Orchestrate reviews with Security, Legal, Privacy, Risk, Architecture, and Procurement; prepare materials for governance forums; track decisions, actions, and approvals end‑to‑end.
- Delivery Enablement & Validation: Support AI Engineering with clarifications, test scenarios, UAT coordination, and release readiness; verify solution meets business outcomes; contribute to transition‑to‑operations and documentation.
- Adoption & Benefits Realization: Partner with Adoption/Change leads to create enablement plans and measure realized value; run feedback loops to improve future demand quality and solution performance.
Skills and Qualifications
- 5+ years as a Business Analyst / Product Analyst / Project Manager in digital or IT transformation programs.
- 2+ years exposure to AI/analytics/automation initiatives (use case definition, data readiness, model/product lifecycle).
- Experience coordinating governance reviews (security, legal, privacy, compliance) in a regulated or global environment.
- Strong track record producing clear requirements (user stories, acceptance criteria) and supporting UAT and release readiness.
- Comfortable working in a matrix with multiple stakeholders and vendors.
- Strong English speaking and writing skills.
