We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst, who will have a detailed understanding of business processes in the Marketing & Sales area and will apply this knowledge to shape and align IT solutions/services. In this role, you are primarily accountable for proper requirements management including elicitation, definition, analysis, and documentation of requirements. You will be part of different programs and projects based on cutting-edge technologies to support Business functions in the highly demanding Energy market. As a Business Analyst, you will perform various business analyses to support decisions regarding IT solutions.
How you will make an impact
- Stakeholder management and cooperation: Establish strong relationships with business stakeholders, collaborate with architects, application teams, project delivery teams, and 3rd party service providers to ensure consistent design of solutions and estimate efforts.
- Process management: Capture and visualize business processes.
- Requirements management: Capture, document, analyze, and prioritize business requirements. Monitor requirements queue.
- Solution management: Support in defining solutions that fulfill business requirements, leveraging best practices. Propose new solutions in terms of functional flows and solve challenging problems. Understand customer journey and business value realization. Demonstrate solutions to business users in coordination with PM and Solution architect, and answer questions.
- Advisory role for stakeholders: Act as SME contributing to functional and technical designs. Provide expertise to business stakeholders, application operations, or project teams to support ongoing operations or develop new solutions. Understand product and business owner needs, ensure transparency, and maintain engagement. Test and troubleshoot final system setup.
- Documentation management: Ensure functional specifications support overall solution design.
- Project participation: Engage in all phases of the project lifecycle.
Your background
- Education & experience: 5+ years as Business or Functional Analyst (or similar role).
- Stakeholder management: Experience working with virtual and distributed teams.
- Business Model experience: Understanding of Business Process Model.
- Skillset: Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, negotiation, facilitation skills, and customer-oriented approach.
- Language skills: Fluent in English, both verbal and written.
- Nice to have: Experience with SAP S4/HANA, Salesforce, MuleSoft, and knowledge of Marketing & Sales tools and processes in global manufacturing companies, such as sales configurators, planning tools, Azure DevOps, Jira, Confluence.
