Job Description

• Gather, analyze, and manage business requirements and translate to implementation specifications
• Taking responsibility for planning and reporting on the status of Features allocated to our Backlog
• Effective communication and alignment of plans with all stakeholders
• Collaborate with subject-matter experts and developers during Feature delivery
• Work closely with Development and Quality Teams to ensure the quality of delivered software
• Support integration teams during client on-boarding
• Keeping project documentation up to date
• Training users and presenting software functionality

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of working experience as an IT Business Analyst
• The ability to analyze the needs and functional requirements of the client
• Fluent English communication both in speaking and writing
• Excellent communication skills, that will help you to work both with business users and technical developers
• Basic experience with SQL: able to write SELECTs, JOINs, GROUP BY, and simple subqueries
• Experience in working in an IT environment – knowing and understanding of SDLC
• Analytical thinking, positive energy, proactivity, “I can do” attitude
• Teamwork skills and ability to work effectively in a team as well as in a scattered environment
• Data Visualization / BI (PowerBI): Basic Power BI report creation, Power query scripting and exposure to build simple dashboards
