Application Manager - IT

As an Application Manager, you will be responsible for managing applications in collaboration with the Service Manager, covering initial planning, development, release management, operations, and compliance. Seize this opportunity to shape the future of our organization.

How you will make an impact:

• Gather, elicit, and document reporting and analytical requirements from the business.
• Maintain the requirements backlog using relevant tools.
• Create high-level report designs (wireframes).
• Collaborate with technical teams to ensure clear understanding of requirements, data sources, and data flows.
• Design data models for self-service BI.
• Test data models and reports.
• Develop test scenarios for UAT of data models and reports.
• Support business users during UAT and resolve data discrepancies.
• Maintain regular contact with stakeholders to anticipate future analytics needs.
• Manage L2, L3, and L4 tickets and ensure change requests are deployed following Agile processes.
• Lead root cause analysis (RCA) for defects and recurring issues.

Your background:

• Minimum Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field; Master's preferred.
• 5+ years of experience as an IT Application Manager or similar, preferably in quality domain.
• Strong understanding of quality processes and systems.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
• Analytical skills to connect data and processes for IT solutions.
• Technical proficiency in API integration, advanced MS Excel, Power BI, understanding of SDLC, cloud technologies (Azure).
