You will collaborate closely with the Finance organization, your colleagues in Sanoma IT, and our vendors. Your responsibilities will include analysing business requirements, incident management and delivering the service with the help of selected vendors. This position could be placed in various countries where Sanoma is represented, and reports to the Group Applications Team Lead.**Who you are**You are an experienced SAP ECC / S/4Hana analyst/developer with a solid track record working with IT Services. You are flexible, open-minded, service oriented with good communication and interaction skills. Hands-on experience with SAP application / system development is essential for success in this role.**Formal Qualifications*** Bachelor’s Degree in related discipline or equivalent work experience* At least 3 years of experience in relevant IT positions, preferably in configuration and incident management operations in a large-scale environment* Good understanding of finance processes* Experience in managing vendors in outsourced environments* Knowledge of S/4Hana public cloud, Datasphere and SAC would be good* Knowledge of different kinds of integration technologies (especially SAP BTP integration suite would be an advantage)* Fluency in English, both written and verbal, as well as the local language in your country of residence**Keys to Success*** Good requirement gathering skills with the ability to capture finance business processes* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with an excellent attention to detail* Understanding of application and integration security and privacy concepts* Good communication and social skills, with ability to adjust your message to the audience* Ability to work in virtual and international teams* A team player taking initiative* A proactive mindset focused on continuous learning and the enhancement of processes and applications**What we offer**We offer you a key position with interesting and challenging tasks, a good view to the Sanoma and opportunities for professional growth.
