Qualifications

• J.D./LL.B. or equivalent law degree and admitted to practice.
• 5–7 years of post-qualification IP and technology law experience.
• Hybrid or full-remote work setup for global teams; ability to work across US/EMEA time zones.
• Professional fluency in English.

Responsibilities

• Provide IP and technology legal guidance across suppliers, products, data licensing and AI-related matters.
• Support product counseling from ideation to launch with governance, risk assessment and compliance reviews.
• Collaborate with Product, Marketing, AI Council, and legal teams on UIs, terms, and disclosures.
• Assist with AI compliance, licensing reviews, and data ownership and model ownership considerations.
