Job summary

People Can Fly Studio in Warsaw is seeking an experienced Legal Counsel IP to support our Polish-based, WSE-listed companies on a range of legal and business matters including copyright, marketing, software compliance, and IT contracts. You will liaise with external counsels in the US, UK and Canada and help navigate a fast-paced, international environment.

Qualifications

7+ yrs of experience in IP and IT law, ideally in international settings.
Strong knowledge of civil and IP laws related to video games and tech.
Experience negotiating and drafting commercial and technology contracts.
Ability to manage end-to-end contract processes from draft to execution.
Excellent written and spoken English, with cross-border collaboration experience.

Responsibilities

Prepare advice and drafting on IP and IT agreements, including licensing and talent contracts.
Draft, review, and negotiate a range of commercial terms and tech agreements.
Support the Legal Department and business units in day-to-day operations.
Provide practical legal advice and coordinate with internal teams.
Contribute to improving standard form agreements and processes.
Monitor developments in the video game law landscape and trends.
Handle other projects and duties as assigned.
