• E2E process knowledge of Purchase To Pay including its interdependencies.

Responsibilities

• Validating received, scanned invoices.
• Performing daily tasks of invoice and non-invoice related posting.
• Resolving invoice discrepancies via workflows.
• Managing activities related to suspense accounts regularly.

• validating of received, scanned invoices

• performing all tasks in workflows in order to resolve invoice discrepancies

You are a good match

• Bachelors or Master’s degree in Finance or Accounting
• 1-3 years of relevant professional experience
• English on at least B2 level, French language will be an asset
• good Excel skills
• E2E process knowledge of Purchase To Pay including its interdependencies with other processes.
