Job summary

Hitachi Energy Services SP. Z O.O. in Kraków, Poland is seeking a motivated IT student for a part-time internship to develop high-quality software for Hitachi Energy Network Management System.

You will grow toward a full-stack role, contribute to backend (Kotlin/Java) and frontend (TypeScript/React), and learn in an international R&D team while working with Linux, PostgreSQL, and modern web technologies.

Qualifications

• A university student pursuing a degree in IT, SW engineering, Telecommunication, Computer Science, Electronics or similar area.
• Knowledge in backend development using JVM technologies (Kotlin/Java).
• Knowledge of basic principles in Web Development using Typescript + React.
• Practical experience with Linux-based operating system is an advantage.
• Nice to have experience using PostgreSQL.
• Knowledge of fundamental concepts in computer networks is an advantage.
• A collaborative, solutions-oriented approach, willingness to learn and strong communication skills with excellent spoken and written English.
