Mindbox Sp. z o.o. is seeking an experienced Internal Kubernetes Platform SRE Lead to own the stability, performance, and scalability of an internal Kubernetes Platform (IKP) within a Private Cloud. You will lead a local team and collaborate with global teams to automate and improve reliability.

The role offers hybrid work (2 days in the office, 3 days remote) and a collaborative, growth‑driven culture with strong benefits.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in SRE or platform engineering.
• Experience running Kubernetes in production at scale.
• Proven ability to lead a local team and collaborate with global colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Ensure stability, performance and scalability of the internal Kubernetes Platform (IKP).
• Manage and mentor the local SRE team.
• Collaborate with global teams to optimize reliability and automation.
• Drive process improvements and reliability enhancements.

As an SRE Lead, you will ensure the stability, performance, and scalability of critical containerization services, manage a local team, collaborate with global teams, and contribute to process automation and reliability improvements.
