Job summary

Worldline is seeking an Internal Controller/Risk Manager in Poland to join the Global Business Line PFI. You will coordinate internal control activities across relevant business lines and drive ISAE audit cycles, reporting status to management.

You will collaborate with Security, Compliance and Business Continuity teams and leverage Archer for monitoring of internal controls. Fluent English is required; knowledge of cards and payments services is a plus.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in internal control and SOC frameworks.
• Experience coordinating ISAE/ISAE audits across teams.
• Strong English communication and cross-functional collaboration.
• Knowledge of cards and payments services.
• Familiarity with risk management tools and security concepts.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate Internal Control activities across business lines.
• Coordinate ISAE audits and report progress to management.
• Monitor Book of Internal Control using Archer.
• Collaborate with 2nd line functions (Security, BC, Compliance).
• Identify risks in control environments and propose mitigations.
• Provide regular status updates on control campaigns.

The opportunity

We are looking for an Internal Controller/Risk Manager. You will report to the Manager of Internal Control part of the R2SC (Risk Resilience Security Compliance) division for the Global Business Line PFI.

Day-to-day Responsibilities

• You coordinate Internal Control activities for the relevant business lines
• You coordinate ISAE audits.
• You ensure Book of Internal Control monitoring and reporting using Archer
• You take care of an optimal collaboration with the other teams and your counterparts
• You deliver regular status reporting on ISAE cycles and control campaigns to management
• You identify any risks in control

Who Are We Looking For

• You have profound experience in internal control and knowledge of international SOC
• You have experience with international teams
• Fluent in English. Another European language (e.g. Dutch/French/Italian/German) is an advantage but not critical.
• Strong willingness to learn.
• Capacity to interact and create relationship with other 2nd line functions (Security, Business Continuity, Compliance...)
• Knowledge on cards and payments services.
• Knowledge of Information Security / Business Continuity is a plus.
• Experience with Risk Management tools.
