Job summary

Worldline is seeking an Internal Controller/Risk Manager in Poland to lead internal control activities and ISAE audit coordination within the R2SC division. You will monitor controls, report progress using Archer, and collaborate with international teams to strengthen risk management across the payments business.

You should bring expertise in internal control, SOC knowledge, and strong communication to drive improvements while maintaining compliance and controls across global processes.

Qualifications

• Deep experience in internal control and knowledge of international SOC frameworks.
• Experience collaborating with international teams is required.
• Fluent in English; another European language is a plus but not required.
• Strong willingness to learn and adapt to a global control environment.
• Ability to interact with and influence 2nd line functions (Security, Continuity, Compliance).
• Knowledge of cards and payments services is advantageous.
• Experience with Risk Management tools is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate Internal Control activities for relevant business lines.
• Coordinate ISAE audits and oversight.
• Ensure Book of Internal Control monitoring and reporting using Archer.
• Collaborate with other teams and counterparts to optimize controls.
• Deliver regular status reporting on ISAE cycles and control campaigns to management.

The opportunity

We are looking for an Internal Controller/Risk Manager. You will report to the Manager of Internal Control part of the R2SC (Risk Resilience Security Compliance) division for the Global Business Line PFI.

Day-to-day Responsibilities

• You coordinate Internal Control activities for the relevant business lines
• You coordinate ISAE audits.
• You ensure Book of Internal Control monitoring and reporting using Archer
• You take care of an optimal collaboration with the other teams and your counterparts
• You deliver regular status reporting on ISAE cycles and control campaigns to managementli>
• You identify any risks in control

Who Are We Looking For

• You have profound experience in internal control and knowledge of international SOC
• You have experience with international teams
• Fluent in English. Another European language (e.g. Dutch/French/Italian/German) is an advantage but not critical.
• Strong willingness to learn.
• Capacity to interact and create relationship with other 2nd line functions (Security, Business Continuity, Compliance...)
• Knowledge on cards and payments services.
• Knowledge of Information Security / Business Continuity is a plus.
• Experience with Risk Management tools.
