Job summary

Capgemini in Poland, within the Application Development and Maintenance Practice, seeks a PMO professional based in Wrocław, Poznań, or Gdańsk. You will support clients through financial analysis, administration, process flow control and communication coordination.

Qualifications

• German language at B2 level and English at B1 to communicate with clients.

Responsibilities

• Support the PMO in daily tasks and monitor time tracking.
• Prepare project reports, summaries, analyses, and presentations.
• Create and oversee invoices.
• Manage the workflow of project documentation and archiving.
• Provide administrative support for the project.

Your role

You will join our PMO team within the Application Development and Maintenance Practice in Poland, based in Wrocław, Poznań or Gdańsk. In this role, you support clients through financial analysis, administration, process flow control and communication coordination. You can expect to work with a growing group of project management specialists who treat PMO as their passion, giving you the opportunity to deepen your skills and contribute to smooth, effective project delivery.

• supporting the Project Management Office in daily tasks and monitoring time tracking records;
• assisting in the preparation of project reports, summaries, analyses, and presentations;
• creating and overseeing invoices;
• managing the workflow of project documentation and archiving documents;
• providing administrative support for the project.

Your profile

• Fluency in German (B2) and good English communication (B1);
• Basic MS Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook);
• Analytical thinking and problem‑solving approach;
• Diligent, detail‑oriented and well‑organized;
• Adaptable and motivated in a client‑focused environment;
• Active listener who collaborates well with others;
• Communicates in a way that supports teamwork and smooth coordination.
