Job summary

Ecolab in Krakow is seeking ambitious finance interns to join local teams and gain hands-on experience across Financial Analysis, Supply Chain Finance, and Corporate Controlling. The program emphasizes learning, growth, and cross‑regional collaboration within Europe in a hybrid work setup.

Ideal candidates are active students with 30 weekly hours, fluent in English, and proficient in MS Excel; VBA, Power BI, or SAP experience is a plus as they support multiple finance functions.

Qualifications

• Active student status with at least six months before thesis defense.
• Eligibility to work in Poland.
• Availability around 30 hours per week, Monday to Friday, in a hybrid setup.
• Fluency in English.
• Strong MS Office skills, particularly Excel.
• Knowledge of VBA, Power BI, or SAP is a plus.
• Strong communication skills and willingness to work in an international environment.

Responsibilities

• Support areas such as Financial Analysis, Supply Chain Finance, Finance & Administration (including Treasury), Global Business Services, Corporate Controlling, Accounting, Operations & Controls.
• Join Krakow teams and contribute to daily financial tasks and reporting.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams across Europe in a matrix organization.
