Overview

One of the UK’s leading Property Consultancies is actively recruiting for an Intermediate Project Manager to join their established London office. The company is respected in the market with a network of offices across the country and overseas, delivering high-profile Education sector developments including new schools, university buildings, research centres, and specialist learning facilities for public and private sector clients. The role offers a dynamic and collaborative environment to work with leading professionals on projects with significant social and educational impact.

Responsibilities

• Take full responsibility for managing Education sector projects from inception through to completion.
• Lead client relationships, oversee design and construction delivery, and contribute to successful completion of key education projects across London.
• Manage projects with values typically ranging from £1 million to £100 million.
• Initially focus on Schools, Colleges, and Higher Education developments with opportunities to gain experience in other sectors such as Health, Commercial, and Mixed Use as the business grows.

Qualifications

• Hold a relevant degree (e.g., Project Management, Construction Management, or related field).
• Experience working as a Project Manager within a Consultancy environment.
• Strong background in Property/Building projects.
• Ideally experience within the Education or Public Sector.
• Be confident managing projects from inception through to completion.
• Possess excellent communication, leadership, and client-facing skills.
