Job summary

Amadeus in Warsaw seeks an Integration Consulting Senior Specialist to support customers with simple and complex product integrations, executing implementation services and leading integration activities to ensure adoption and business value.

You will work across implementation crews, provide expert consulting, deliver status reports and KPI insights, and collaborate with engineering and go-to-market teams on migrations, decommissioning, and efficiency projects.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Execute Implementation / integration activities during the implementation projects, establish and/or manage the product/solution integration schedule.
• Provide expert advice / consulting to customers for cross-functional integration activities between Amadeus systems and customer systems, with full autonomy and for various types of cases (medium, complex and most complex).
• Provide technical and / or functional support and problem resolution within the overall integration projects, collaborating with other colleagues in the team, seeking solutions independently.
• Autonomously support the commercial organization and/or Delivery Management in the most complex integration cases, including product demos and tailoring integration solutions to meet customer requirements.
