HUB International in British Columbia seeks Insurance Advisors to provide ICBC and private auto coverage, supporting office and dealership clients. You will assist at the counter, handle inquiries, and address complaints with professionalism, while managing budgets and ensuring regulatory compliance.

Ideal candidates have a Level 1 General Insurance License and 6+ months of insurance experience, with an entrepreneurial, sales-driven mindset and a valid driver’s license for dealership visits.

Qualifications

• Level 1 General Insurance License required.
• 6+ months of insurance experience; road advisor preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; client relationship skills.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with sales initiative.
• Valid driver’s license and own vehicle for dealership visits.

Responsibilities

• Provide ICBC and private auto coverage in office and dealerships.
• Assist at the counter, answer phones, and support customers.
• Handle customer complaints with professionalism.
• Manage production budgets for ICBC Autoplan and Private Auto Sales.
• Ensure compliance with insurers, Insurance Council of BC and Privacy Act.
• Control ICBC inventory and documentation funds.
• Pursue professional development to grow skills and capabilities.
• Represent HUB values, mission and vision daily.
