We’re looking for a high-energy, sports-loving, sales rep to drive new business in our inbound lead funnel. You'll play a critical role in driving growth by engaging with sports organizations and converting prospects into customers. What You\'ll Do
  • Drive Sales Growth: Proactively identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities within the youth sports and recreational organization markets.
  • Engage Customers: Conduct outbound calls, emails, and product demonstrations to educate prospects about TeamSnap’s offerings.
  • Pipeline Management: Manage a high volume of leads in our CRM system (e.g., Salesforce), ensuring accurate forecasting and follow-ups.
  • Collaborate: Work closely with the marketing, customer success, and product teams to align strategies and deliver value to customers.
  • Be a product expert – Conduct web-based demos, uncover customer needs, and articulate our value proposition.
  • Maintain CRM discipline – Accurately track activities and pipelines in Salesforce.
  • Hit Your Quota and Optimize Performance: Leverage tools and best practices to improve conversion rates.
  • Run the full sales cycle – Take leads from qualification to demo, proposal, negotiation, and close.

Compensation

We’re committed to equitable compensation for all TeamSnappers. The minimum starting point for this role is $70,000, inclusive of base and commission, with comp updated based on multiple factors. Our comp is highly competitive in our space and weadjust overall comp based on relevant experience, skills, certifications, and geographic location.
