Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactively identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within our existing customer base. Prepare tailored proposals, deliver compelling sales presentations, conduct negotiations, and close contracts with precision.
  • Reach out to inactive accounts with the aim of rekindling relationships and uncovering new growth opportunities.
  • Build and nurture long-lasting relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and their satisfaction is consistently maintained.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer experience, providing exceptional value throughout the sales process and beyond.
  • Consistently meet and exceed quarterly and annual sales targets.

What We're Looking for in Our Ideal Candidate:

  • +1 year of sales experience, ideally within the IT or software industry, demonstrating your ability to drive business growth.
  • Fluency in English plus fluency in Swedish or German.
  • A self-starter who is passionate about achieving targets and has a track record of delivering results.
  • Embraces change and adapt easily to new processes, contributing to the evolution of company strategies.
  • Highly organized with exceptional multitasking abilities, ensuring the effective management of multiple accounts and responsibilities.
