Job summary

DCG Poland is seeking an experienced Infrastructure Automation Engineer to design, build, and maintain automation workflows using VMware vRealize Automation and Orchestrator. You will develop XaaS services, integrate with external systems, and mentor junior engineers, contributing to CICD-based deployment practices.

The role requires strong YAML/JSON skills and fluent English, with a focus on infrastructure and service automation within a collaborative team environment.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in IT with focus on infrastructure and workflow automation.
• Strong hands-on experience with VMware vRealize Automation 8.x.
• Extensive experience with vRealize Orchestrator.
• Experience building XaaS services and self-service automations.
• Proficient in YAML and JSON.
• Familiar with CI/CD concepts and processes.
• Experience with Bitbucket and Jira.
• English fluency (written and spoken).

Responsibilities
