Job description

We're seeking a skilled Informatica Data Quality (IDQ) and SQL Engineer to join our data quality team. In this role, you’ll help design and implement data quality solutions, support enterprise data validation efforts, and ensure the accuracy of data through advanced SQL development.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain data quality rules, mappings, and workflows using Informatica Data Quality (IDQ)

Perform data profiling to identify and resolve data quality issues

Support testing for KDE data validation, including forward, backward, and remediation testing

Write, optimize, and troubleshoot complex SQL queries

Collaborate with data stewards and business teams to gather and refine data quality requirements

Monitor data quality metrics and drive continuous improvements

Maintain documentation of processes, best practices, and technical workflows

Stay up to date with new IDQ features and data quality trends

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field

Hands-on experience with Informatica Data Quality and SQL

Strong knowledge of data quality frameworks and best practices

Experience with ETL processes and data integration tools

Understanding of data governance and regulatory requirements

Familiarity with data warehousing concepts

Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills

Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team

Excellent verbal and written communication skills
