We are looking for a strategic and hands‑on Industrial Project Engineer to lead industrialization activities across all phases of our manufacturing projects. If you have experience in process planning, equipment launch, and cross‑functional collaboration – we’d love to hear from you!

Responsibilities
  • Define industrialization activities and validate project objectives, budget, and schedule
  • Plan processes and CAPEX with project managers
  • Analyze customer specifications and ensure manufacturability
  • Lead GPS, AMDEC, and prototype testing
  • Organize equipment launch and oversee safety, ergonomics, and cycle time
  • Manage project changes and facilitate extended team collaboration
  • Report monthly KPIs and contribute to continuous improvement
Requirements
  • Degree in engineering or equivalent experience
  • Experience in industrial project management and production processes
  • Knowledge of problem‑solving tools (8D, FMECA, DFM/A) and basic financials
  • Fluent in English and proficient in project management tools
  • Strong leadership, teamwork, and communication skills
  • Proactive, well‑organized, and open‑minded
